Tempranillo

This grape is characterized by a thick skin, which gives it a high resistance to disease and climate. Wines made from Tempranillo grapes have a medium alcohol content and a complex and fruity flavor, with notes of strawberry, cherry and plum, as well as hints of vanilla, leather and spices.

Cabernet sauvignom

This grape is characterized by a thick skin, which gives it a high level of tannins and a great aging capacity. This variety gives the wine a dark color and an intense and complex flavor, with notes of red and black fruits, spices, and even an herbaceous touch. In general, Cabernet Sauvignon wines are appreciated for their structure, character and aging potential.
